The Jispa Journey – Camps and Cottages is a luxury camping resort nestled on the banks of the serene Bhaga River in the Trans-Himalayan region. Situated approximately 80 kilometers from Leh and a two-and-a-half-hour drive from Manali, our resort offers an unparalleled retreat into nature’s tranquility.
Born from a love for the mountains and a desire to create authentic, soul-stirring travel experiences, The Jispa Journey was founded by locals and explorers who believe in the magic of slow travel. We wanted to go beyond generic itineraries — to build a space where travelers could truly connect with nature, culture, and themselves.
Our home base is in Jispa, a serene village nestled in the Lahaul Valley of Himachal Pradesh, where the Bhaga River flows gently and the mountains stand timeless.
